Margarita made with fresh juice (not mix) anywhere from studio city to the westside

the problem with most of the mixes, freshly made or not, is that they are heavily sugared. a classic margarita should not, imho, contain sugar from the 'mix,' it should get all it's sweetness from the triple sec or the cointreau.
nonetheless, i will call houstons today to see if they can make me one without the added sugar--thanks for the tip. there is a houstons 5 minutes from my house so this would be a BIG find.
at border grill (thank you so much for recommending them 'recovering vegetarian'), they will make it without the sugar; they call it their 'classic' margarita (i guess, to most folks a sugared drink would be a 'normal' margarita).
