Best delivery/takeaway in Pawtucket, RI?

Some friends of mine are moving to Pawtucket and I was wondering if anyone could recommend some great delivery and takeaway places in the area. We'll be in the neighborhood this upcoming weekend and would like to gather some menus so that they're set when they move in.

A side note, are there any good butchers in the area? We're going to a BBQ Saturday evening and would love to bring some kielbasa or linguica or something.

Pho Horn's is great. I especially like their pho, pad thai, and a cold noodle/salad/grilled meat concoction whose name escapes me right now. In my opinion, it's better than Apsara Palace.

I've heard good things about Kafe Lila in Pawtucket, but haven't been myself. <http://www.kafelila.org/>

In my experience, the China Inn is a solid, predictable American/Chinese place. No surprises, good or bad.

Thanks for the tips! Any decent Mexican or Chinese?

The China Inn in downtown Pawt. is certainly at least decent. They do a lot of delivery. Good place for the standard Chinese favorites -- the menu probably has changed very little since Louis Yip opened the place back around 1975.

for mexican: taqueria lupita in central falls is a small mom/pop shop with great food and cheap prices.

the folks who run la casa del pueblo are from Sonora, I think. Great tacos arabes...

I don't know much about Pawtucket Chinese, best I've had around here is Iron Wok in Seekonk. But that's pretty far afield from what you're looking for.

Pawtucket has one of the best greek "Houses of Pizza" in RI. Many people scoff at greek pizza -- salty, yep, greasy, most definitely -- but plenty of people have grown up on it and love it. Anyway, the generically named House of Pizza on Division Street near McCoy Stadium is worth checking out. The grinders are good too but first go for the pizza, which is an exemplar of the greek style.

Bonus: You can usually get linguica or chourico as a topping at many Houses of Pizza in RI. That's three cultures in one dish!

while i generally try to buy my meat at the farmer's market these days, i've had good experience in the past at armando's in pawtucket for meat:

                http://armandosmarket.com/

good selection of all kinds of things (the best place to get goat i know of!) and the people are always nice.

for takeout there's all sorts of stuff in pawtucket, i think. i really like pho horn's (http://www.phohorns.com/) for vietnamese and la arepa on smithfield for venezuelan. the middle eastern place across the street from la arepa is good too.

i also never get tired of plugging the colombian bakery in pawtucket (caprichos antioquenos, 260 lonsdale) or la casa del pueblo in nearby central falls.
