[DFW] Best Place for Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza [DFW]

LewisvilleHounder Jul 9, 2008 07:14 AM

Out of the three Chicago style places in and around Plano which is the best? Which has the least amount of crust and the most amount of fresh veggies and meat?

The three contenders are:

Chicago St Pizza

Rosatis (McKinney

Chicago's Finest

My wife and I will be in Plano tonight for a b-day party but would liek to eat beforehand!

Don't know these places...we LOVE Chicago Rick's which is at Frankford and Midway or Marsh (we get delivery so not sure)..If it is less crust and lots of ingredients, why don't you go to Fireside Pies at Legacy and the Dallas North Tollway? It is not thin crust but is medium and quite good, with tons of toppings...

I would like to keep it to a pick up place and not have to spend a long time waiting for pizza.

Chicago Rick's is good but not really Deep Dish style. It is at SEC of Frankford and Marsh across from the Super Wal-Mart

I'd agree on Chicago Rick's not being Chicago pizza. It's good pizza, don't get me wrong, but you won't say "that's Chicago".
