Here in Hawai'i, we have something called 'huli huli' chicken.... basically a version of the pancake fundraiser that you see all around the mainland, except this involves huge rotissere grills and lots of chickens.

ANYWAY, I have 2 whole chickens that have been sitting in my fridge for 9 days. Should I toss them or will it still be edible for a couple more days?

Been my experience that chicken smells bad before it IS bad...over a week is kinda pushin' it, though, and two more days is scary. And I don't scare easily...

In my opinion, raw chicken left a the frig. longer than a day or two, depending on the temperature, needs to be given a nice burial in the back yard. I would never hold raw chicken longer than 2 days at refrigerator temperatures.
