Sandwhich's future?

I hope I heard incorrectly but there is an ugly rumor that Sandwhich is closing due to their loco landlord's new rent. I really hope this is not the case.

By the way, I heard a rumor that 3 Cups is moving to the shopping center where Charlie's used to be (around the corner from Whole Foods)

Good move for them. I never liked their old location, particularly after the Good Beer Store closed.
