I have to say I've never had them. When going to order, what am I looking for as far as soup dumpling "appreciation?" What aspects of the dish do people here enjoy?

Garris, I haven't had soup dumplings anywhere else but MuMu so I don't have anything to compare. At MuMu, I like the combination of the steamed dumpling, hot soup broth, meat and vinegar. Just delicious. I was at MuMu last week and had them, but just seeing invinotheresverde's original post had my mouth watering for more as I was replying to him. Here is a link to a recent post about soupy dumplings. It also comes up frequently on the General Chowhounding Topics board. http://www.chowhound.com/topics/533142

I'm such a ditz. MuMu's all of one mile away from where I live.
              Thanks!
