Philadelphia Restaurant Advice (for former resident)

amiebd Jul 8, 2008 09:36 AM

I used to live in Philly and at that time, some favorite restaurants were Dmitri's, Monks, and most of the Stephen Starr establishments. I'm looking to try a new restaurant which has received top reviews from the critics and insiders (price range of moderate to expensive; any type of cuisine). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Lolita, Tinto, and Osteria are well-regarded, and you may want to try Le Bec Fin's new, casual menu. We also had a good dinner at Zahav (Israeli), which I'm not sure has been reviewed yet.

        Tinto, Matyson, Chloe, Kanella.

I personally don't recommend Osteria or Zahav.
