Vegetarian chip wagons??

Hi, I have some cousins visiting me here in Ottawa. I would like to take them to one of our famous chip wagons downtown, but they are vegetarians. Can anyone recommend a chip wagon that does NOT use lard, tenderflake, etc. to fry their chips?

Yes the is a shawarma wagon down town on Rideau selling falafel sandwiches, hommus sandwiches and other vegetarian type foods. Canola is the oil it uses

Just in case anyone else is wondering - I found a really good chip wagon at Bank and Sunnyside, that even has its own parking lot and picnic tables, which uses vegetable oil to fry their chips and cuts all the potatoes by hand. Yum yum yum!!
