Places to eat a fast dinner off of I 90?

Hi,

We are traveling (with kids) from Toronto to Boston and are looking for a place to eat very close to I 90. Somewhere between west of Buffalo and East of Albany that is fast and good. It could be a chain but it would be nice to find a mom and pop joint. The last time we did the drive all we could find was a Denny's which is really only slightly below the standard we are looking for so really - almost anything goes.

When we went from LI to Toronto we stopped at Cafe Bella Mia in Utica, NY. They had great salads and wraps. They are less than 0.5 miles off the Thruway. Decor is a mix of 40's movie era and vineyard. Prices were good.
