Inexpensive Mexican Uptown

Looking for an inexpensive resteraunt that has a good mole. and ideally good fish tacos. Cheers

Los Nopales, on Western just south of Wilson, is a good option. Their tilapia tacos, while not the best I've ever had are pretty much identical to those I've had in Mexico. Sadly, I've become more of a fan of the Americanized fish taco, but these are as good as I've had in a Mexican restaurant.

Exellent Mole's at Mixteco at Montrose and Ashland. Its a more traditional mexican restaurant run by a former Frontera Alum, so while not cheap, it's not too expensive.
