Las Brasas in Tallahassee

Searching for something new for a Saturday night out and came across "Peruvian cuisine" on Apalachee Parkway. My advice: don't bother. Everything sounded and tasted the same. Grease the overwhelming flavor. Lots of rice, but not as good as good Cuban cuisine. We are still hurting here when it comes to ethnic foods.

Indeed we are. Las Brasas is not the same as it was when they first opened. And I have yet to find a decent cuban restaurant in town. As far as ethnic food, I think the Vietnamese offerings at Far East might be our best bet. That, and perhaps the gyro at International House of Food.
