        <content>I am in search of sliced sharp provolone...having a problem finding it in Manhattan.  
Every deli / store says their's is SHARP but it isn't.  Too mild.
Any fellow Chowhounds out there have recommendations?

I will travel anywhere in Manhattan.  </content>
