As a previous poster pointed out you've been waiting over 4 years to get to the place! Just go, it's fine and all the comments about it are right on. Sit in the corner with a platter of veal parmigiana and a carafe of wine and you'll enjoy it.
Hi MG. Definitly not high end. High prices are b/c it's a family-style restaurant--one plate could probably serve about 4 people. If you know anything about the Carmine's restaurant chain in NYC, it's the same with TDN.
