Our family is looking for a restaurant in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore to sit for dinner and also have a view of the fireworks. Prefer something a step up from burgers but not top of the line either - any suggestions?

Rusty Scupper at Baltimore right in the inner harbor is nice for that. You get a great view of the fireworks along with great food. http://www.selectrestaurants.com/rusty/

Just saw the bit about top of the notch. Rusty is kind of pricey, for good eating / fireworks you can also go to http://www.thejamesjoycepub.com/ a good irish resturant with outside eating area should be able to see / walk to fireworks easily from that location as well.

There are some good locations in the inner harbor to right across from the fireworks. Like Edo Sushi, Tir Na Nog.

Thank you all - these are great recommendations - if we go (weather is iffy right now) I'll post our experience....
