Are you making a specialty food? Get great advice

Super odd question

This may not even belong here, but here goes...I went to elementary school in Ft. Leavenworth, KS. I swear we had the best cafeteria food, especially something called a "Fiestada". Does anyone know who the supplier for cafeterias in that area might have been about 20 years ago? Usually it seems like all cafeterias in a region get their food and supplies from the same company.

Never mind, not such an odd question I guess. I found my answer on Wikipedia!

It was an octagon shaped Mexican pizza with cheddar cheese, the crust was kind of cracker-y. The Kroger brand pizza that's like 75 cents comes very close in taste and crust

I remember this!!! Our school called it Fiesta Pizza I think.. I went to school in the Minneapolis area, same approx. timeframe - I would've been in between 6 and 7th grade 20 yrs. ago. I remember liking it then, but I have a feeling if I tried it now, I may not feel exactly the same...lol.
