Good Steak Tips for Lunch Downtown?

hojoro Jul 3, 2008 08:00 AM

I had planned on going to The Good Life for some Tips, but they are closed for the holiday weekend. Now that The Quiet Man is shut down, I don't have a go-to. Anyone have any suggestions?

Not positive they're open today, but Silvertone does some good steak tips.

They are not open either. I heard they are under renovations possibly? We are leaning towards Biddy Early's for a burger and a beer at this point.

Some of the financial district/downtown bars offer tips, but don't have any personal experience or know what has them for lunch but you could poke around before going to Biddy Early's. J Pace sells good marinated tips, but I think they only offer roast Lamb and Pork Sandwiches (based on experience with the Blossom Ct location). If you were to go for that, you might be better off with Artu's lamb. Lots of options if you cross the river...

Little bit of a walk or short T ride from Downtown but The Waterfront in the North End has very solid steak/lamb tips and about a dozen beers on tap....... FYI no liquor ljust beer/wine/cordial
