Home-made fried onion rings

Any eating establishments in Montreal making good home-made fried onion rings? The only one, that I can think is the chain A&W(that moh mentioned yesterday).

Keep the suggestions coming. I appreciate them all. Tried the crispy onion strings at Mesquite last night. Pretty good, although nowhere similar to traditional fried onion rings. It's usually not on their menu as a separate item, but as a side dish option to some of their meals. BTW, I do like the fried onion rings at A&W, but I want to see what else is out there.

Hard Rock Cafe makes home made onion rings. I haven't had the ones at Hard Rock Cafe in years, but if memory serves, they're pretty good. Thick chunks of onion rings, breaded in a salt and pepper breading.

I think Reuban's Deli (the updated trendier looking one on St. Catherine street) also makes home made onion rings, too. I remember having them a couple of months ago, and they were alright.

I'm partial to the thin, crispy onion "strings" at Mesquite but I don't know if that's the style you're looking for. The portion is generous and they're nicely spiced. I assume they're homemade.

Not looking for any specific style. I only care if it's very good.

If you don't mind a bit of a drive, Liam's shack at Nauset beach, in Orleans (Cape Cod Mass) has the world's best - they are legendary.
