The brunch at Crave is quite tasty. My summer time fav brunch is at Mills Bistro in Coal Harbour but don't sit inside. The patio has a great view of the water and the fountains. Their dinner and lunch is more like pub food but the brunch offers delicious fluffy omlettes and french toast. The last time I've been there was last summer so hopefully it hasn't changed. Can't wait to go again soon.

Crave is great, they also have a smoked salmon srambled thing on croissant, very yummy. Aurora often has a seafood type thing on their brunch menu, ie Sablefish hash.
Abigail's Party has a good brunch too.
