Breakfast Bread

I'm looking for a breakfast bread that needs to keep a couple days. I'll need to make it on Thursday for eating Saturday. Quick break, coffee cake, yeast bread - any suggestions ?

  1. Give this one a try, fresh berries in season will make it even better.

    Wrap tight and freeze or even just refridgerate. It'll be just as good as the day it was made.

    1. This was a pretty easy to make cinnamon loaf. It lasts 3 day for sure. I've made a few times and its gone by then anyway!

      1. All the breakfast breads we make last that long if refrigerate them and we don't eat them more quickly. They're primarily yeast-free and always gluten-free mostly from Bette Hagman's "The Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread" which we've veganized. There's also a Zucchini-Tahini Bread (which we de-gluten) in "Veggie Planet" cookbook.
