I'm looking for a breakfast bread that needs to keep a couple days. I'll need to make it on Thursday for eating Saturday. Quick break, coffee cake, yeast bread - any suggestions ?
All the breakfast breads we make last that long if refrigerate them and we don't eat them more quickly. They're primarily yeast-free and always gluten-free mostly from Bette Hagman's "The Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread" which we've veganized. There's also a Zucchini-Tahini Bread (which we de-gluten) in "Veggie Planet" cookbook.
