4th of july dinner in marina, venice, SM

I need to find a restaurant for Friday the 4th. Any price point, preferably a new trendy place with good atmosphere. We are all about 30 and want somewhere fun with good food. Any food type (sushi, italian, steak, etc.)

It's sometimes hard to figure out which restaurants are open on holidays and have available tables. The easiest way to find a reasonable selection is to check Opentable. Penthouse at the Huntley is open, although not all that new anymore it's still quite trendy. Whist at The Viceroy has availabilty too.
