D'Parma in the N. End

My out-of-town uncle just called and invited me to dinner in the North End tonight. He's in town w/ his wife and 2 small kids, so I know he's looking for something family friendly, and inexpensive.

I was thinking of suggesting D'Parma.... inexpensive, and last I remember, pretty good. My uncle is not a Hound by any stretch.... so price and family-friendly atmosphere are the real key factors.

Has anyone been to D'Parma recently? Is it still as good as I remember? I haven't been in a loooong time.

I'm referring to D'Parma on the corner of Hanover & Commercial. Is it still there?

No, it is not. Try Antico Forno on Salem St. I think that would work for you.

D'Parma has been closed for some time now. I think it was the spot where the highly unanticipated Dunky was suppose to go. I agree with kallis33, try Antico Forno.

Sorry to tell you but I am pretty sure that D'Parma has been closed for quite some time.
You might want to give Artu a try as it is not terribly expensive and is pretty family friendly.

Do mean in Winthrop on Shirley St?, if so go it's very good old school Italian, and it's BYO.
