BBQ Meats/Butcher

I'm planning a BBQ over July 4th weekend for about 30 people. The venue is outside the city and I'll be smoking meats. I'm looking to purchase a whole brisket (Packer cut), a pork/boston butt, 6-8 racks of babyback ribs, and 6-8lbs of chicken wings. Any ideas of where I can purchase these things fairly economically? I'm not in need of prime beef given the long cooking times and specific cuts. The key here is finding the whole brisket which can be tough to locate sometimes...

      Western Beef on 16th btwn 9th and 10th should have all that.

        where did you end up buying the brisket, im looking for an untrimmed brisket as well... i didnt see it on fresh direct
