        <content>Elizabeth Karmel's book "Taming The Flame" is an excellent resource for both grilling, smoking and outdoor roasting. Recipes run the gamet from "Firecracker Shrimp with Hot Pepper Jelly Glaze" to pizza, cuban sandwiches, etc. To me, the recipes seem much more comprehensive that similar books. Really a great addition if you own a Big Green Egg. </content>
