Does anybody know where I can by high quality authenic imported Japanese shoyu? When I was in Japan. I purhased shoyu at aout $25/500mL and it was outstanding. I believe the relatively high cost was because of the long aging. Kikkoman available here just does not cut it! Miyamoto Foods on Victoria Ave. could not help.

Try Crudessence. They sell Nama Shoyu, an unpasteurized Tamari that is amazing. Also, their prices are reasonable.
