Cracked Pepper Cooking Class
Hi Fresno foodies. I haven't been around in a long while. I'm wondering if anyone took the class offered at Clovis Adult taught by Chef vatche of the CPB. I meant to sign up and it slipped my mind. The gal at the school told me it was full the first week the catalog was out. she said they would offer it again in the fall. Definitely, next time I'm signing up right away.
The class was on Seafood Risotto and The Eggplant appetizer (sigh). Anyone take the class?
