BBQ Ribs....Can I recook cooked ribs?
So I made some ribs the other night and while they were good they werent "falling off the bone tender" the way we usually like them...I have some left overs and today as I have some time to cook them some more I was wondering if I could put them back on the grill and cook them long and slow for a while so they get tender(er)? Any thoughts? Will they get better this way?
I wouldn't put them directly on the grill, I think they'd get dried out, but I have had success putting the ribs in a pan, wrapped in aluminum foil, in a mixture of beer and barbecue sauce, then cook low and slow. Since they're already cooked it may not take more than an hour...when I do them this way from raw, I cook them for about 3 hours.
