I bought a pound of barramundi fillets yesterday (i'd never seen nor heard of it before). Any ideas on how to cook it? I was thinking roasting or pan frying (can't use the grill unfortunately).

  1. Barraumdi (Sea Bass) is pretty versatile so you can bake, broil, BBQ, roast, braise, use in salads or just about anything you'd care to try. The only mistake I believe you could make in preparing this fish is to overcook it.
