Food gifts from Israel?

My husband is visiting relatives in Israel and wondering what to bring back for a 16 year old wanna be chef. Someone suggested olive oil. Any other ideas?

      I always bring back a variety of spices (and spice mixtures) - somehow they seem to be more intense and flavorful than what we get back home. They make our bbq and shipudim (skewers) that much more like those in Israel.

      Last time I also brought back Israeli honey which was very good.

        Also Tahini, (t'hina, in Hebrew) fresh,if you are in the old city in Jerusalem, or a fine Nablous made (Karawan).
        Some spice like Zaatar or Sumac?
