July 4th in South Beach
Here's a list of fireworks locations ->
Oddly, there are few good places to eat in town that have waterfront views. Il Gabbiano or Prime Blue Grill are on the bay downtown, but their windows and patios face out the opposite direction from Bayfront Park where the fireworks will be. There's a new steakhouse across the street called Manny's which has outdoor seating where you might have a better view of the Bayfront Park fireworks.
There's fireworks at Peacock Park in the Grove which you ought to have a good view of from Scotty's Landing, or Monty's.
Maybe you could sit outside at Table 8 on South Beach and have a view of the fireworks at 8th & Ocean.
Or from Monty's on the Beach or Texas de Brazil you could have a view back across the Bay at the downtown and Coconut Grove shows.

Wish and the Tiffany Hotel (I'm still allowed to call it that, even if they can only call it "The Hotel" due to a certain jeweler's objections) are at 8th & Collins (one block over from Ocean). The restaurant is on the ground floor and has nice outdoor seating. According to the website they do also serve some food at the rooftop bar. It's been years and a couple chef changes since I've gone, I'm not vouching for the food.
