Will be in Tallinn and Riga end of July and would appreciate any restaurant suggestions. Great food more fish/vegeterian if possible in lovely setting. Also any must go to bars. Thanks.

If you are bread connoisseur try Laci bakery in Babite North of Riga. The bread is hearty, smoky, dense rye. I understand ther are bread-making excursions to this bakery (similar to Zingerman's in Ann Arbor Michigan). Same owner has "Black Magic Bar" in old town Riga. But I found Black Balsam liquer an acquired taste. Cheers
