I am going to Stone Hill next week. Any suggestions on what to order?

Often-discussed topic on this board... do be sure to do a search on Tristate for past extensive coverage of BHSB. Be sure to order the salad with the poached egg on top.

Any souffle on the menu. My best food experience ever was the basil souffle there. Going July 10 for the summer tasting, can't wait!

Order the farmers feast tasting menu. You will not be disappointed. Be prepared that it is a 4 hour event though. An absolutely lovely amazing 4 hour event.

Thanks. I just discussed it with my friends and that is what we are going to opt for. I am looking for a long, great foodie experience outside of the city.

Check with the restaurant. I think they are doing only tasting menus for the summer

              I'm going July 5. Unfortunately, I've got a late (9:30) reservation.
I don't think I want a 4-hour meal to begin at that time, so is a la carte the way to go?
I've booked a room in the Tarrytown House Estate for the night. The pool looks nice.

Any suggestions re: food and lodging are appreciated.

You won't be able to do a la carte. Only tasting menus during the summer.
