A St. Augustine Lunch

Blej Jun 26, 2008 09:18 AM

Were travelling from Miami to NY in a couple of weeks and have planned to stop for lunch in St. Augustine. Hoping to have a meal that along with a two hour tour would give us a little taste of the town. Any recommendations?

Hi! Would love a few choices. Hopefully a place that would have too big a line.

Sorry - A place that would "not" have too long a line.

The Columbia. I'm not sure if the Chart House is still there or if they serve lunch as it's been a while since I've been to St. Augustine.

The Conch House is in a Marina. Great view and food. Harry's Seafood Bar & Grill.

I second The Columbia. Harry's is good, but it is a franchise.

O'Steens, Harry's is a poor choice IMO..O'Steens will have a line, but it moves quickly.

A1A Ale Works is pretty good - it's on the bay. Columbia is a chain also, sort of. There's about 6 or so around Florida.
