Kid-friendly Quebec City

I'm travelling with a friend and her two boys, aged 6 and 8, to Quebec City for the 400th anniversary festivities next week. We are staying right in the Old City -- Hotel de Vieux -- and would love recommendations for kid-friendly restos. Which "fancy" dinner place would be most amenable to well-behaved children? Lunch and casual dinner recs appreciated too!

Thanks, KP. You're right. We had such a blast at Carnaval that we're going back for more!
