romantic dinner in philly

My girlfriend and I are spending our two year anniversary in Philly and are looking for a low-key, romantic spot for dinner. We went to Ansill last year and loved it, but we want to try something new. We are going to Tinto with friends the night before our anniversary, so we can't do that for our anniversary dinner. Tangerine looks great but very expensive-- we're considering it, but would like some advice from those in the know: where would you go in Philly for a relaxed, romantic dinner on a special occasion? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you want to go down to South Philly, I would choose Paradiso in the not terribly expensive, yet romantic category...

Caffe Casta Diva has a really cute table for two. The food is wonderful. Very noisy on Sat evenings tho.

Matyson has two high top tables in the front. They are our favorites because there is more space and somewhat away from the din of the dining room.
