What would be your pick? Restaurant Week Summer 2008

I will be in NYC the week before. The only time I can participate in Resturant Week is Tuesday, July 22nd, for lunch only. (we have plans already on that Monday) Our plane leaves that afternoon around 4. Soooo...if I had only one place to choose from for lunch during Restaurant Week, where should I go?

EMP or Gramercy Tavern. BUT they maybe be booked up already. Both of them get fully booked for RW lunches within 5-10 minutes of opening their books (28 days in advance, I believe).

You can just walk right in to Eleven Madison Park and eat in the bar area.

Can you order off the RW menu only at the bar in the bar area, or at the lounge/tables, too? I'm just thinking it might be awkward, if, say, you want to bring a few friends...

You can eat the RW menu at the bar area tables. I came in alone and ate at a table, which I did without guilt since more than half the tables were empty throughout my entire leisurely meal.
