Lunch around Times Sq.

I live in Central Jersey and don't go out to Manhattan much. I am meeting friends from Australia that I have not seen in years for lunch this Saturday in NYC. They are staying near Times Sq. so I am looking for recommendation on restaurants that are walkable from Times Sq and will allow us to sit comfortably and chat for a few hours.

The place has to be kid-friendly also since we have a 21 months-old boy.
