Midtown East: Best pub food?

Meeting a friend after work today, we both work in the 40's between 5th and 6th, looking for somewhere (preferably) with a decent beer happy hour special, good pub food, and ideally not too much of a fratty/i-banker vibe. Any suggestions?

Keens, on 36th between 5th and 6th. No happy hour specials, but a good beer selection and a great pub menu. Not too fratty/ibanker (most of whom will be in the adjacent dining room).
