Any ideas for the sandwich steak I have in my fridge?

  1. What is sandwich steak? Steak-ums?!

      1. We like them with sauted peppers and onions on a bulkie roll with mustard.

          1. Braciole. Stuff 'em with, well, stuff, and brown 'em then bake 'em. Stuff 'em w/ ricotta cheese mixed w/ bread crumbs, it. parsley, pine nuts, parm cheese, garlic, egg, etc. Roll the steak around the mixture. Brown in a skillet and then transfer to a baking pan, top w/ tomato sauce and bake for 30 mins. Here's a link to a recipe:
