Mom and sister are in from out of town for my birthday. They want to take me to lunch. They say pick a nice place--a place you've always wanted to go to. We haven't eaten with you for your birthday in years.

Here's the delimma:

1) I have a 10 month old - very, very well behaved. Never cries and I can hold her in my lap, so this doesn't hold me back too much in restaurants, but worth mentioning (and it means we can't take a cab).

2) Mom will try to walk anywhere, but she has arthritis, so would like to be near the Q or B.

3) They will be dissapointed if we don't go somewhere nice.

4) Don't want to go somewhere very high end expensive, but it is lunch, so wa can go nice.

What to do?
