Et Voila or Belga Cafe

Trying to decide which to go for my birthday this year. Never had Belgian food, and really wanted to try...
Anyone been to both?

I went to Belga Cafe for the first time last week for lunch. I had excellent mussels (garlic, cream and celery) and fries with homemade mayo. The serving was substantial and came to $18, a good deal I think and certainly on par with other restaurants that serve the same. I had a Belgian white ale, name escapes me. I don't get to that area of DC very often and I can get excellent mussels closer to home but I was pleased with the meal.

Belga is way overpriced for mediocre food.
