A few years ago someone posted about a all you can eat Taiwanese place in Fremont. I know the food wasn't great, but I can't seem to be able to search for it. Please help.

  1. Not sure if it was me. But I did post a Taiwanese all you can eat in Milpitas, not too far from Fremont. It was in a strip mall on Abel Street. The name of the place is TASTE GOOD. Haven't been for a while so pls call ahead

At night it had all you can eat for like less than $10. You order what you want from a list (long list in Chinese) and when you want more just tell them. But you have to finish what you ordered before although they don't seem to care. Waitress can speak some English.

I like the rice with bamboo shoot and minced meat - just hit the spot for me. I will go to this place just for that dish, really. I guess I am a simple man.

Also love the tongue, fish cake, the fish ball soups, the eggs, ba-wan ball, veggies and maybe a few others I missed. So far we have always over ordered the items and never actually reordered anything. We always leave stuffed and satisfied and also surprised at the cheap tabs. Forget decor or service here. You only come here for cheap comfort food. And you will have to eat from paper plates and cups.

Next door is a nice Viet place for to go food as well.

I think you might be right. It appears they don't have AYCE at least from the Yelp reviews. I'll call and find out. Thanks Guys!

    2. In the "Little Taipei" plaza, which is at the intersection of Mission and Milpitas Blvd, between 880/680, there's a Lions Market. Next door to it is a Taiwanese cafe place called "Fishi Cafe" or something similar, that used to have AYCE food on weekends I think. Not sure if it's still the same.

The only other place I can think of is Taste Good in Milpitas that Han has mentioned.
