I am trying to find a good quality Tamis, the stainless steel one with the 3 locks to hold it together. I have found the lesser ones made of wood, but they don't last very long, especially when your using it to push food through. Does anyone have any ideas?

Restaurant Depot, but they're wholesale. Maybe Sur la table.

Kitchenworksinc.com has an 8" stainless tamis. It doesn't have the locks but is stainless and more sturdy than the wooden ones.
