Tuna Burgers for Wedding Shower Brunch?
I'm considering making small tuna burgers for a Sunday 12:30 wedding shower brunch for 40 people. Is this a crazy idea? I thought I could make the burgers the night before and then grill them right before the brunch. I would love to do this but I'm wondering whether this is too much work for one person if I have to it all the day of.
Does anyone have any ideas on buns for the burgers? Probably mini ones. This is a shower for women so the less bread the better. All ideas welcome.
Also would welcome suggestions for the rest of the menu. Thanks so much.

They won't need much cooking. Do you want them to be red in the center? If so when you make them small don't make them too thin. Put on little dinner rolls they would be wonderful. A little wasabi mayo dressing and something for crunch like an asian slaw would go well.
