My favourite is Fresh (love their tofu scramble and their pancakes are really good too) on Bloor at Spadina. But Pulp Kitchen (http://www.pulpkitchen.ca/) is also popular with some vegans. I also recently went to Get Real (and started a thread on my experience there--sorry not sure how to link that in here) and loved it.

We had brunch yesterday at Le Café Vert in Leslieville. It features vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian options, but is not strictly meat-free. All breakfast items are $11. I had a fruit-filled waffle with sweet potato fingerlings, scrambled eggs and veggie sausages. "Filled" was a misnomer, as it was just berries scattered over top. The coconut-pineapple sauce drizzled over top was tasty, as was the smoky tomato relish accompanying the eggs/sausages. The waffle was a disappointment as it was chewy. Coffee came scented with cardamom. They didn't have orange juice (!!!) but offered Italian blood orange juice (bottled, likely).
