Bo in Dobbs Ferry

I just saw that Bo is now open. Has anyone been?

  1. I went last week for lunch with a friend. It was great. If you were there when it was Pastry Chicks you will be very surprised with the new design. My friend and I shared a tuna melt panini (tuna, red onion, celery and swiss) and an apple, brie and pecan panini. Both were delicious. The prices were good also about $5.95 for each sandwich. We also split a brownie and a “magic” bar. The “magic” bar was delicious. They also have gelato, yummy pastries (scones, muffins), a salad bar and tons of coffee options. They said they will be opening for dinner soon and we took a look at the menu. It is small but everything looked good.

Tuna melt panini? Brownie? Sounds like a school lunch to me. Do they bake anything on premises? And I have to ask: is anything organic? Sounds like the poorer cousin of Susan Lawrence in Chappaqua.

Cedar Street. Not far from the Greek Place. Can't comment on the food though.
