Nabali Tree Olive Oil

From Canaan, Palestine.

Anyone know anything about it??

Recipes? Uses?

It has a pronouced bitter note, not unplesant, but I am looking for ways to showcase the bottle I bought from Oxfam yesterday.

Yes, I Goggled and got a single hit, in German.

Help.

personally, i'd just drizzle it on some pita bread. always my favourite way to showcase nice oils.
