Chicago Deep Dish (or stuffed) Pizza in GTA?
After visiting Chicago and loving their pizza, I was curious if there are very similar/same pizzas to be found in the GTA? I know some Chicago pizzas are called deep dish and others called stuffed. We had the ones at Uno's, Giardano's and Lou Malnatis. It's the crust that is unbelievable delicious - hard to describe ... buttery, crispy, flaky, kind of like a crunchy tea biscuit?? Words fail me!!
So, does this exist in the GTA?
TIA!!

re: abscissa
It is not like Pizza Hut's stuffed crust (ick). Chicago-style pizza comes in two forms -- stuffed and deep dish. Both have very deep crusts, usually 1 to 2 inches deep. Both have a TON of cheese, sauce and fillings. The stuffed version has an additional layer of dough on top of the filling.

This is going to sound very un-chowhound, but the best Chicago-style pizzas in the GTA are found in the frozen pizza aisle at Loblaws. Try the spinach, it is the closest you can get to Gino's in Chicago (my personal fave).
