Sunday Brunch at TRIO

We're considering heading down to TRIO for their Sunday Brunch. So far I've read a bit about it on yelp, but was wondering if anyone here who've been to TRIO's Sunday Brunch would be kind enough to share their experience. I'm particularly interested in the quality, as well as the creativity of the selection. I was also informed by a friend that it's priced at a little under $50 p.p. (at least a year or so ago), so I'd like to know if it's worth the money as well.

Let me know. Thanks!

  1. I was there a few months ago. For me the food and variety was wonderful but not especially exotic as it might be at Fonda San Miguel. The distinctions that makes this place worthwhile for me is the ambiance and outdoor seating overlooking the lush lawn and river. Consider going early when it opens at 10 am to avoid the midday heat.

    1. The quality is unsurpassed. As far as value, if you like to imbibe on mimosas, they are bottomless and made with good flow orange juice. They also include any type of coffee beverage in the price. Service may be the best in town.

      1. An enumeration of some of the (most memorable) items available at TRIO's Sunday Brunch would be greatly appreciated.

        1. Anybody been here recently? The dinner service is awesome but it seemed expensive for brunch and some the yelp complains they miss the easy stuff, food not hot, etc.
