Places for grab and go lunch - Teaneck and surrounding area

I will be working in the area (Teaneck/Bergenfield, Tenafly, etc.) and am completely unfamiliar with it - will only have time for lunch on the run- any recommendations for inexpensive, good quality (yes, an oxymoron sometimes, I know) places for lunch that I could get something nutritious and filling - thinking more along the lines of sandwiches/wraps, etc. as opposed to pizza, soup, and such.. So must be portable and not completely unhealthy! :-) Thanks!

In Teaneck on Cedar Lane I would recommend Noah's Ark for real deli sandwiches and based on your name, I would recommend Veggie Heaven (also on Cedar Lane) for their veggie sushi. It is really amazing, and very healthy.

On Washington Ave in Bergenfield there are many ethnic places that cater to a "to-go" crowd. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a specific place, since I've only noticed this in passing.

There is also a quiche place on Queen Anne in Bogota that makes great salads and sandwiches (along with quiche). I also love their soups, especially their cold soups.

You'll actually be in a good area for healthy eating.

Cuban Eddies in Dumont has decent cuban sandwhiches and excellent ropa vieja (and they'll put it on a sandwhich)

Though I've never gotten a sandwhich from there, there is also Chez Cheese on Washington in Tenafly that makes sandwhiches to order and look very good
