It is VERY good but you need a bank loan to afford the place....

      You said it JudgeMaven!

especially since he doesn't include the tax in the prices on the menu. Then you get a real whammy!

I love the Choucroute garnie Platter and the "Veal Ham" sandwich. Hmmmmmmmmmmm "Veal Ham" sandwich, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Great food, but very expensive. And no atmosphere to speak of - it's a deli; a very good and expensive deli, but a deli nonetheless.

This is my favourite fleishig place in all of Yerushalayim. You're right that it's rather pricey but the steak is terrific. I actually really love the atmosphere. If you go in the warm weather, there's a terrific patio that's very peaceful and the owner has a wonderful massive Bernese Mountain Dog who lives out there and comes by to all the tables looking for bits of meat. He must be the happiest dog in the world. If I had to recommend one restaurant in the country, this is the place.
